I heard that Lijiang was a very beautiful city when I was young. I travelled there in a holidy with my parents.I went there by plane.
I saw there were many moutains when I got out the plane. The air was fresh.We went to the Lijiang Gucheng the fist day, and we bought some interesting things and had a good meal in the Lijiang Gucheng. On the second day ,we went to the Yulong snowy moutain, it was beautiful, and it was my first time I had seen the snow. I played with the snow happily. My father told me that Yulong snow moutain was a famous place in China, many people came here every year. I was happy throughout this trip, because it was even better to that of Beijing!

London is a wonderful city. It is very large. The Thames River(泰晤士河)runs through the city from west to the east. So the city has two parts: the South and the North. In the North are important buildings, shops and interesting places.
The weather in London is good. In winter it is not very cold and in summer it is not very hot because the city is near the sea. People say that London is a foggy city and it often rains. It is true.
Last year when I was in London, I met one of the thickest fogs in years. You could hardly see your hand in front of your face. Cars and buses moved along with their lights on when evening fell, the weather got even worse. The fog was as thick as milk. So the buses and cars stopped.

I took a trip to Shanghai with my mother during the seven-day holiday. It took us more than two hours to drive to Shanghai from my home in Haimen. We stayed in a large hotel on the eighth floor. On the first day, I just stayed in the hotel and rested. On the second day, my brother and I went to Nanjing Road. It’s the busiest street in Shanghai. When we got there, there were lots of people. We walked from one shop to another. I bought two T-shirts and two pairs of trousers for the ing summer. The T-shirts and trousers I bought are all white because white is my favourite colour. My brother also bought some clothes.
On the third day, my mother took me to Jinjiang Entertainment Centre. It was full of people. I played many kinds of gamesthere. I had a good time. The other days, I went to some other interesting places, such as the Oriental Bright Pearl TV Tower, the Huangpu River and Shanghai International Conference Centre. I didn’t forget to do my homework in the evening. I had a full and happy holiday.

In the afternoon we went to the bird's nest and the water cube.Though we were tired we were very happy.

Making a trip to Beidaihe on May 18 was an experience which I will never forget.
A arrived in Beidaihe at about 2 o'clock,and immediately took a No.5 bus to the sea area.The beautiful blue sea was so large that I couldn't see the other side of it.After getting off the bus,I went straight to the shore.Taking off my shoes,I put my feet into the water.The water was cool,and walking in the water was such a great joy that I didn't want to stop.Then I collected shells.When it got dark,I sat on the shore,watching the sea.The night scene was simply marvelous!
Finally I had to go back.It was an unforgettable day in my life.

Beijing is our capital city which is famous for its long history. Now we have a one-day tour plan for you.
In the morning, you can start the day at the Great Wall. Its one of the greatest wonders in the world. Its so magnificent that you cant go to Beijing without visiting the Great Wall. At noon, you can go to the Summer Palace.
There are so many interesting sites, such as Wanshou Mountain, Kunming Lake, Suzhou Street, and some other ancient palaces. So you can climb Wanshou Mountain first. The view on the top is so wonderful. Next, you can go boating on Kunming Lake, and then, walk on Suzhou Street to enjoy the life of regions south of the Yangtze River.
In the afternoon, you can go to have a long walk on Tiananman Square, in order to see the city well, and then you can visit the Palace Museum. There you can see different objects of different periods. They are of great value.
In the evening, the Front Gate Walking Street is a good place to go where you can buy various kinds of souvenirs and clothes.
Most buildings there have the traditional Chinese styles. Maybe you can know some history of ancient Beijing.

I spend most of the time at home during this summer vacation. When I was at home, I do homework by myself, and help my parents with the housework. But the most memorable time in this summer is when I travel in Yellow River Forest Park.
I went to visit the Yellow River Forest Park in July together with three of my classmates. It was very boring when staying in the bus for a long timewhich made me doze off all the time and at some time. I nearly struck my head on the chair in the front of me. After three hours journey by bus we finally got to the park. But to my disappointthere was nothing interesting here which were quiet normal things. Compared with the my school I stayed in here was very noisy and messy.
Though the park is beside the Yellow River the air is still a little smelly because there are a lot of animals such as horses cocks and so on here which make lots of wastes every day while few people clean them. In a word the park is not so good as I had expected and I felt unsatisfied about it.
I love traveling. Traveling not only broadens my horizons but also opens my eyes to the world. Whats more, it refreshes me. You can go to Disneyland and experience what its like to be “a child again!” You can visit one of the “seven wonders of the world,” such as the Grand Canyon and feel the magnificence of nature! You can taste the “magical” ice water on a glacier, which can help you become more beautiful and make you live longer. Just forget all trifles and burdens that you have in your mind. Experience is a type of living knowledge. Youll be sure to experience many new things when traveling. You dont even need a tour guide if you long for more freedom. Just dont forget to bring your backpack!

Last summer I went to Vietnam with my parents. We stayed at a small village outside Saigon. The air and water was very clean and there were many kids playing in the mud along with water buffalos. Though it’s a very poor country, the kids seem to be happy.
They live with their farmer parents in little houses built with dirt and straw and help out a lot in the rice field during the day. They don’t have TVs or Internet, but they enjoy a lot playing outside. It was a very memorable trip that I will never forget.
