A healthy body is necessary for a healthy mind.As is known, to have a sound mind, we must first have a sound body.This is of vital importance.Only by keeping ourselves healthy and strong can we feel energetic and vigorous in studying and working and live a happy life.

To keep ourselves fit, physical exercise is the best way.In taking part in out-door sports, we are closer to nature and can take in fresh air.The beauty of nature will keep us clear-headed, which is essential to our health.Besides, sports stimulate the circulation of blood and help to excrete the wastes in the body.Sports can also work up our appetite and activate our digestion.As a result, we can become strong-bodied.

I always take an active part in physical exercise and enjoy good health.I seldom get sick but feel vigorous even if I work a whole day Dong.I shall keep up doing physical exercise so as to live longer and do more for the country.

As far as I am concerned, I am always very active in taking part in various physical exercise and I enjoy good health.Most of the time I feel energetic and vigorous even after I work for a whole day.I will keep up taking exercise to have a longer and better life.

People are beginning to attach much more importance to their health these days than ever before.They begin to realize that good healthis the most valuable possession a person can have.However, many people dont know how to stay healthy although great efforts have been made in this regard.In my opinion, there are three things we can do if we want to be in good.First, we should have the right food, because proper nutrition is the most important for good health.Avoid foods with lots of sugar and fat.Eat plenty of high protein foods, vegetables and fruits.Do not overeat.Secondly, we should get proper amount of sleep, because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable.Allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day.Have a nap at noon if time permits.Finally, we should exercise regularly, becauselife depends on exercise.Regular exercise strengthens our hearts andlungs.In addition, it prevents us from putting on weight.If everyone is to do so, there will be much less complaining about poor health and there will be much more happiness in our life.

The theme of my speech today is "reasonable diet, healthy growth".

As the saying goes, "food is the most important thing for the people".Daily diet is the basis for our survival, and food is the most effective way to supplement our body nutrition.The quality of food is directly related to our health.In particular, our teenagers are in the prime time of growth and development, but some students have weak self-control and often eat unsanitary food on roadside stalls for some appetite.However, these foods not only have no nutritional value, but also do harm to our health.

There is always a group of people who, even if they know the harm of food, still buy food from roadside stalls and vendors.Moreover, there are many unscrupulous businesses in the market.They are made of cheap raw materials and even toxic chemicals.They seem to be nutritious, but they are actually poisonous rice, poisonous milk and even plastics that people avoid.What you eat is not protein, but deadly cyanuric acid X.

As the saying goes, "the body is the capital of revolution".As long as we have a strong body, what else can stop us from moving forward? What else cant we do?

So, how can we achieve a reasonable diet?
