Eliminating or easing legal and cultural barriers so that more parents can make the choices that are right for their families is a core mission for our generation.We don’t label men “working men.” And it is my hope that by the time my daughter Arabella grows into a woman she will not be defined by whether she works inside or outside the home.She will simply be a woman,afforded the same opportunities as her male peers and equipped with the education and support she needs to fulfill her unique potential.
This is how I believe we will empower women – and in so doing,enable them to raise confident,empathetic,and ambitious sons and daughters,to propel unprecedented growth and job creation,and to cultivate a society that embraces the fullness of life,the dignity of work,and the gift of strong and flourishing families.
So today,I hope you will join me in imagining this future and working together to make it a reality- for our children,for our nations,and for the hope of a more vibrant and inclusive economy.

While data,evidence,logic,and reason provide one way to make sense of the world,the arts provide another: a distinct,yet complimentary mode of understanding oneself and experiencing the world,beyond facts and figures.Engagement with the arts has been shown to elevate resilience in the face of change,empathy and understanding of others,and capacity to solve problems.
And in today’s volatile world,having a well-developed creative capacity,in addition to strong analytic skills,is paramount.In fact,a 20xx World Economic Forum report placed creativity as one of the three most important work-related skills anticipated for 20xx.
So,my message to you today is simple: Never relinquish your paintbrush,your pen,your musical instrument,or any other creative tool at your disposal,because there is always another stroke,another stanza,another measure,another chapter in the work that will forever be known as you.
And when you see an opportunity to engage with the arts,or to support the arts,embrace it with all you’ve got.

My name is Billy,I am ten years old.I am from Pei Yuan Primary School.Today,I want to introduce my family.
There are three people in my family,my father,mother and I.we live in Yixing.
My father works in the Bank of China.He is busy,so he often gets home very late,but he will come to my bedroom and say “good night” to me everyday whenever how late.
My mother is a beautiful middle-aged woman.She has short hair and wears a pair of glasses.I love my mother,because she does most of the housework in my home and she does everything for me.Every day she spends some time with me on my study.She is a good teacher as well as my dear mother.
I am thin and not tall,but I like sports.I can skate,play badminton and swim.My favorite sport is playing badminton.I usually play it with my mother every Sunday.I believe playing badminton will bring me good health.
This is my family,father,mother and I.I love my family very much,because “be it every so humble,there is no place like home.”
