hello,everyone. good afternoon. thank you for giving me this opportunity to talk about my top concern. i'm no.26, i'll talk about friend.
everyone of us,rich or poor,should at least have one or two good friends. my friend will listen to me when i want to speak, will help me when i need,will take care of me when i am sick,and my friends will go together with me side by side through this journey of life.
when i was ten, i was suddenly confronted with the anguish of transferring to other school. i had to left my friends i had ever known. as a kid,i feel lonely when i study in a new environment without a person i had known. nobody i could talk,nobody could know when i feel lonely. the time when i couldn't sleep, i'll always miss them, then the tears filled my eyes.
later, i became familar with the environment ,and made some friends ,which became my best friends then. they talked with me when i felt lonely, they helped me when i needed, they took care of me when i was sick. even through we were part, we still keep in touch with each other.
in our whole lives,we'll meet too much people but only a few can be our best friends. when staying with them,we can release ourself completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry together. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.
but in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. more and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of friendship. they work hard in order to gain a higher position in the society and to earn more money for their work. they have few time to share with their friends. with the time goes by, they will be far away from each other.

My topic today is “ to Be a Confident Person.”
What is confidence? Confidence is to trust yourself. Confidence is to look upon yourself. It is not to indulge in self-admiration. It is not to get extremely arrogant. It is not to get dizzy with success or to be opinionated. It is just to inspire yourself ahead of a quality of mind, in high spirit, full of energy. It is to meet the challenges of life in a positive mood. It is to overcome your inferiority, farewell, to get rid of the trouble of a a ready-made panacea.
Remember, I have just entered junior high school. In the face of the challenge of new environment, in the face of so many new courses and learning contents, I lost faith in my own and gradually developed a psychological sense of inferiority. Achievement glided ceaselessly. It is a teacher and mother who encouraged me and let me regain confidence. Gradually, my grades got higher and higher and everything began to go on well. Gradually I adapted to the life in middle school.
Friends, let's say goodbye to inferiority. Let’s be a confident person. Because: only if you have self-confidence, can you control yourself; only if you have confidence, can you achieve success and create your a brilliant life of your own!

Thank you very much for choosing to come in such a cold night.Today my topic is about choice and process.A research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day.With so many choices one day people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life. In my opinion the following part is of much more importance than the choice. Life is a box of chocolateyou never know what you will get. Forrest Gump made no decision by and for himself but he accomplished great success with his strong will in the process. The process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings the caution courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles. Take myself as an example I changed my major when I became a postgraduate. After the choicedays have been harsh for me.I cannot understand the new lessons at all. For they are closely related to mathmatics which I learned nothing about before. However wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myselfI persisted. I asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life. Gradually I could understand some parts and even found maths interesting.Moreover I learned to act instead of complaining. In retrospectthe choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months becomes an unforgetable experience in my life.

Kobe Bean Bryant (born August 23,1978(1978-08-23)) is an American All-Star shooting guard who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association.Bryant is the only son of former Philadelphia 76ers player and former Los Angeles Sparks head coach Joe "Jellybean" Bryant.His parents named him after the famous beef of Kobe,Japan,which they saw on a restaurant menu.
Kobe Bryant was born in Philadelphia,Pennsylvania,the youngest child and only son of Joe and Pam Bryant.
When Bryant was six,his father left the NBA,moved his family to Italy,and started playing professional basketball there.Bryant became accustomed to the lifestyle there and learned to speak fluent Italian.At an early age,he learned to play soccer and at first his favorite team was AC Milan.He has said that if he had stayed in Italy,he would have tried to become a professional soccer player,and that his favorite team is FC Barcelona.Bryant is a big fan of former FC Barcelona manager Frank and their former player Ronaldinho.
In 1991,the Bryants moved back to the United States.Bryant earned national recognition during a spectacular high school career at Lower Merion High School in the Philadelphia suburb of Lower Merion.His SAT score of 1080 would have ensured his basketball scholarship to various top-tier colleges.Ultimately,however,the 17-year-old Bryant made the decision to go directly into the NBA.Bryant has stated that had he decided to go to college after high school,he would have attended Duke University.
